The Screen PlateRite 8800 series features three new models including the new Screen PlateRite 8800Z which can output up to 42 plates per hour - the highest productivity in its class. Based on the same combination of advanced external drum technology, high precision imaging and B1-plus output that has established the PlateRite 8800 series as the flagship of the Screen CtP range, the new models are particularly suited to companies with above average plate demands. In addition to exceptional throughput, the Screen PlateRite 8800 series also has the flexibility to image a range of smaller plates and an option for resolutions high enough for the printing of bonds and other securities.

The Screen PlateRite 8800 series models offer fast, reliable output, making them the perfect tools for the most advanced digital workflows.

  • Standard In-line registration punch and optional punch for printing press are available.
  • Single and multi cassette plate loaders are available with automated interleaf removal.
  • New remote monitoring system is standard built-in for status information anywhere.
  • Smaller plate with the size of 304mm x 370mm is supported as a factory option.
  • 0.4mm plate thickness is supported as a factory option.
