Delivery, Installation & Training
ICG have it's own fleet of vehicles complete with specialist lifting equipment, including heavy forklift trucks, lorry mounted cranes and other plant handling tools to site and remove all prepress equipment systems even from the most difficult of sites.
ICG engineers site, install and commission the equipment and setup to each individual customer's requirements and thereafter give full operational on-site training.
PrePress Equipment Removals ~ Decommission ~ Recommission ~ Project Management
Most modern prepress equipment is fitted with the latest laser systems and unless you have professionally trained engineers to remove your equipment, the chances are you will damage the laser or optical units, which in most cases is the most expensive component(s) to replace.
ICG offer collections, deliveries and siting of complete prepress departments, ranging from delicate machinery through to plant and prepress equipment. Utilising our own specialist equipment, including heavy forklift trucks, lorry mounted cranes and other plant handling tools, our dedicated team is able to move machinery to and from even the most difficult of sites. Our team will project manage the whole job from start to finish and will be happy to source and erect scaffolding and organise the closure of roads when required.
Safety
The use of Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Site Surveys ensure the safe and successful movement of your equipment at all times. Our modern fleet ranges from small 7.5 tonne curtain sided to 18 tonne rigid vehicles. The majority of our vehicles are fitted with air suspension, full enclosure extended tail-lifts and load lock systems. ICG engineers are fully experienced and have many years knowledge of Heidelberg, Screen, Agfa and Kodak prepress products.
Storage
ICG offer short-term storage solutions and have over 10,000 m2 of new industrial warehouse facilities based just off Junction 9 of the M5 in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
